Brief description for Coniun Venture Lab, where Coniun encourages solid teams from our network to join the NFT space.
What does it solve?
Being experienced in Web2 helped Coniun build trust among its holders. However, few teams in the Web3 space can build this trust. That's why Coniun decided to try involving more people in the Web3 space to build successful and sustainable businesses.
Targeted Segment
People who created sustainable businesses and built trust in Web2 also have the potential to do the same in Web3.
How to get access?
You can access the Coniun Venture Lab Whitelist Lottery (20% of the supply) for 10 Utility Gems.
You can access the Coniun Venture Lab Whitelist Lottery (80% of the supply) for 15 Utility Gems.
Coniun Venture Lab projects will allocate 30% of their supply to $CONI stakers.
For example, if a Venture Lab project has a 1,000 total supply
Max 300 whitelist spots will be allocated to people who have staked $CONI. (1000*30%=300)
Max 60 people (300*20%=60) who have unlocked the Coniun Venture Lab Whitelist Lottery (20% of the supply) will be whitelisted.
Max 240 people (300*80%=240) who have unlocked the Coniun Venture Lab Whitelist Lottery (80% of the supply) will be whitelisted.
If there are fewer eligible people than the max numbers above, whitelist spots will be arranged between 2 utility owners or will be allocated Venture Lab project as well. For a detailed example, please read below;

If a Venture Lab project has a 10,000 total supply and if 2,400 people have unlocked the Coniun Venture Lab Whitelist Lottery (80% of the supply)
There will be exactly 2400 spots will be allocated to people who have unlocked that utility. (10,000*30%=3000) && (3000*80%=2400)
So all of the people who have unlocked the Coniun Venture Lab Whitelist Lottery (80% of the supply) will have a guaranteed Whitelist spot for that Venture Lab project.
If more than 2400 people have unlocked that utility, let's say 3000.
There will be a lottery, and 2400 of 3000 people will be whitelisted.
If less than 2400 people have unlocked that utility, let's say 1000.
The remaining spots (2400-1000=1400) will be added to the lower utility, which is the Coniun Venture Lab Whitelist Lottery (20% of the supply)
So, the total number of spots allocated to people who have unlocked the Coniun Venture Lab Whitelist Lottery (20% of the supply) will be increased to 2000.
(10,000*30%=3000) && (3000*20%=600)
600 + 1400(remaining spots from the upper utility) = 2000
Let's say 1000 people have unlocked the Coniun Venture Lab Whitelist Lottery (20% of the supply)
All of the people who have unlocked that utility will be whitelisted since there are more spots than the number of people who have unlocked the Coniun Venture Lab Whitelist Lottery (20% of the supply)
The remaining 1000 spots (2000-1000) will be returned to the Venture Lab project to distribute to others. So, the total number of Whitelist spots that the Venture Lab project allocated to us will be 2000 instead of the max number of 3000 because of not having enough people who have unlocked the related utilities.
Where to get access?
You’ll be able to see stake/yield options on Staking tab on CONI's official website.
You’ll be able to see your current Tier if you have staked any $CONI.
You’ll be able to see your total and available Utility Gem(s) count based on your staking if you have any.
You’ll be able to see available utilities which you can get and the required Utility Gem(s) for each utility.
You’ll be able to get the utility you want by clicking Unlock if you have enough Utility Gem(s) to spend.
You’ll be able to give up using a specific utility and get back your Utility Gem(s) you already spend for that; then, you’ll be able to use these Gem(s) again to get a new utility.
Coniun works intensively with projects to get them into the best possible shape and refine their pitch to collectors.
Coniun is not accepting applications for Venture Lab; it's now focused on encouraging talented artists and people who proved themselves in Web2 and can quickly adapt to Web3 to create a solid team.
